I used to steal my internet from a trusting neighbor who generously kept his wireless connection open. But then this person realized that everyone in the building was stealing from him/her, and turned it off. I spent the last two painfully non-connected weeks hoping against hope that the signal would come back on, but have now broken down and got the damn thing myself. This should mean more blogging. Maybe.

Although I am a bit worried about your neighbour, who goes from being a man in the first sentence to something slightly more ambiguous in the second. Or is that a New York thing?
